DOC© - The DOC decompression therapy is a non-surgical drug free pain relief by gently separating the bones of the spine reducing the pressure within the disc. Decompression treats the source of the pain caused by the disc bulge or disc herniation at neck and low back that compresses on the spinal nerves. Treatment is computer controlled and very comfortable.

Storz© Shock Wave Therapy: Extracorporeal Shock wave therapy a  technology to treat renal stones, now has evolved to treat musculo-skeletal conditions.  It is a promising new therapy physiotherapists use at Forte Physio to treat certain chronic painful conditions such as Plantar Fascitis (Chronic Heel pain), Achilles Tendinitis (Heel Cord pain), Tennis Elbow when they do not respond to usual treatment.

Precor© Adaptive Motion Trainer with Open Stride:  This all-new versatile low-impact work-out machine is a nice piece to have at our well-equipped Forte Physio Gym as it burns calories at a higher rate than other cardio equipment . It looks similar to an elliptical machine and the comparison ends there. As the name suggests it can adapt to exercisers who can go from short stride to long stride, walking to running, climbing to lunging, allowing them to target different muscle groups. Pushing and pulling the moving handlebars will engage the upper body, resulting in a total body workout. With its in-built internet connected large touch display you can get training tips, browse news, play video/ audio and switch to a virtual reality world that simulates your work out in different terrain.
