  • In the event that a transaction has been approved for refund, a 10% admin charge, prevailing GST and bank charges shall be payable by customer;

  • All introductory trial appointments are dependent on the clinic's available opening hours;

  • All introductory trial packages exclude any form of imaging cost (X-Ray, MRI, etc) recommended by the Doctors of Chiropractic during consultation; with the exception of the discount stipulated in Schedule 1
